    How about taking Ze Kitchen Galerie’s spirit away from its 4 rue des Grands Augustins’ customary setting to welcome us into your home? Whether for lunch or dinner, William Ledeuil and his crews would like to offer you the opportunity to enjoy a truly special moment of sharing and exchanging around a tasting menu that is a true discovery journey.

    Example of a menu (5 courses & hors d’oeuvres)
    • Tarama, mango, curcuma / cucumber-apple water • Angled fish (depending on the catch of the day), shizo marinade • Courgette flowers, chanterelles, shellfish Thai juice • Line-caught pollock, green curry, yuzu-kosho virgin sauce • Lacquered beef, morello cherry condiment • Pistachio-strawberry, white chocolate-wasabi •

    Starting at €180 tax. incl. per person (wine & beverages not included). Food & wine pairing upon request.
    The menu will be proposed subject to confirmation, produce deliveries and seasons, various constraints or food allergies.

    from Tuesday through Saturday, in Paris or the close suburbs.
